The bungalow is situated in an exclusive park development behind the dunes bordering Port Eynon bay on the Gower peninsula. Gower was Britain's first designated area of outstanding natural beauty, with open countryside bounded by the Gower Heritage Coast. In South Gower this comprises a series of sandy bays and coves, interspersed with cliffs and headlands. Port Eynon bay has one of the finest of the extensive safe and sandy beaches that reach the highest European standards.
Port Eynon is at the end of the A4118 road, 15 miles from Swansea, which is served by the M4 motorway.
