The bungalow
is located in a small park behind the dunes bordering Port Eynon Bay.
The park comprises a few holiday bungalows around a pleasant central
green. The bungalow is fully fitted, attractively furnished and
equipped for up to six visitors, with parking for two cars. |

The bungalow
has a spacious lounge, with a small dining area. There is comfortable
seating for six, including a sofa that converts into a double bed if
required. There is a colour television set with DVD and video
players, and Freeview providing over forty television and radio
channels. A file is provided with details of many places to visit in
South and West Wales.
The
well-fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, a microwave oven, a
fridge-freezer and a spin dryer, with ample cutlery, crockery, pots
and pans. |

Sleeping
accommodation is provided by a double bed in the master bedroom, two
bunk beds and a single bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in
the lounge.
Duvets and
pillows are provided for all the beds in the bungalow. Visitors are
expected to provide their own towels, including kitchen towels, and
bed linen, including duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
A travel cot
and a high chair can be provided if requested when a booking is made.

The bungalow
is double-glazed throughout, with heating provided by a gas fire in
the lounge and electric radiators in the bedrooms. The price includes
the cost of electricity and gas. The bungalow is non-smoking, and
pets are allowed only by previous arrangement.
A shop,
laundry and take-away food facilities are available on an adjoining
site, with more extensive services and facilities in the nearby
villages of Port Eynon and Horton. Access for vehicles to the
bungalow, where two cars can park alongside, is from the main road to
Port Eynon, and there is safe pedestrian access from the bungalow to
the beach, Port Eynon and Horton.
